We start off by brainstorming not on ideas, but problems. We've developed an artificial intelligence framework that constantly feeds us with 50-100 different problems on a daily basis.
These problems are then analyzed based on a list of elements, such as urgency, TAM, competitiveness, market dynamics and syncronizity rate with the rest of the model.
After analysis, we go into ideation phase, where we also have an AI system that generate 50 business ideas, services and products tailored the best ranking problem from the previous step.
These business ideas are then also analyzed based on a long list of criterias, such as time commitment from client, time delay from purchase to result, and likelihood of service solving problem.
Once we have the probabilistically best business idea for the selected problem, we build the MVP (minimum-viable-product).
However, we have a different approach to this. We build the MVP of marketing, not the actual service. We would rather spend $1000 on marketing to get proof-of-concept, rather than waste 3-6 months building the solution.
To build the assets required to go-to-market and get proof-of-concept, we leverage another AI model that generate the marketing and sales assets required.
To get proof of concept, we leverage the produced marketing and sales assets, and onboard a few people to get the initial test done.
This way, we're able to in a rapid way start dialogue with the target audience, to identify their actual painpoints, challenges, and desire for a solution. We present the scetched solution.
If desire, and commitment from the target audience is possible, we continue to the next step.
Now we will leverage our entire infrastructure that include more AI system to create website, funnels, emails, automations, and SOPs.
We will also tap into our software stack, that enable us to set up everything in a digital manner, where a large part is 100% automationed.
We will also bring on people from our human resource pool, that consist of 90+ team members and 2000+ freelancers.
